About the Role
As a Visual Designer, you will own Avoma’s visual identity across all areas of marketing. You’ll be part of the marketing organization, working with marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to create assets that elevate the brand and deliver on our growth goals.

What you will be doing in the role (Responsibilities)
Create visually engaging video content in different formats such as product explainers, demos, ads/promotional videos, podcast snippets, teasers for product launches, aftermovie of an event, and more.
Create video and motion graphics while adhering to brand style guidelines.
Edit testimonials, webinars, and other video content.
Adhere to an effective process from drafting a storyboard to delivering innovative videos
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and strengthen brand assets across all company touchpoints.
Offer ideas, creative thought processes, and help maintain a smooth pipeline.
Ensure quick and timely turnaround of creative assets.
Create and foster a collaborative, innovative, and creative environment.
4+ years of experience in visual design for B2B SaaS.
Ability to execute video from storyboards, sketches, and footage.
Experience using Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator Figma and other tools of the trade.
Up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that the videos and motion graphics are current and effective.
Strong communicator and be able to prioritize and manage critical timelines.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback and collaboration.
