About the Role

As a Visual Designer, you will own Avoma’s visual identity across all areas of marketing. You’ll be part of the marketing organization, working with marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to create assets that elevate the brand and deliver on our growth goals.

What you will be doing in the role (Responsibilities)

  • Designing and creating visual assets for use in marketing materials, product documentation, and user guides.

  • Help execute day-to-day design of marketing assets including blogs, landing pages, email templates, ads, e-books, presentations, and more.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in visual design across all company touch points.

  • Offer ideas, creative thought processes, and help maintain a smooth pipeline.

  • Ensure quick and timely turnaround of creative assets.

  • Create and foster a collaborative, innovative, and creative environment.


  • 4+ years of experience in visual design for B2B SaaS

  • Up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that designs are current and effective.

  • Proficient in visual design, illustration, and a deep understanding of user experience to design beautiful and intuitive experiences.

  • Experience delivering brand and performance focused campaigns.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, with a keen understanding of graphic/web design principles.

  • Strong communicator and be able to prioritize and manage critical timelines.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback and collaboration.

  • Active presence on social media and on top of the current trends

  • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging visual content and campaigns.
